1. General Terms and Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to the bdt platform and all services under it. By using services through the bdt website, mobile application, or any other channel, the user is considered to have automatically accepted these terms.
In these terms, "bdt", "we", and "our" refer to the organisation operating the bdt platform. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any registered or unregistered person who accesses this platform.
This document has been prepared in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the interpretation by bdt authority shall be considered final.
2. Account Registration and Identity Verification
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account at bdt, the user must provide accurate and complete information. A person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, bdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts.
It is the user's responsibility to keep the mobile number, email address, and personal information provided at registration up to date and accurate at all times. bdt will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect information.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
bdt may verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence may be requested. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
- Clear photo of national ID card or passport
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used
Withdrawal requests may not be processed until the identity verification process is complete.
2.3 Account Security
It is the user's own responsibility to keep account passwords and login details completely confidential. The account must not be shared with anyone else. If unauthorised access is suspected, contact bdt support immediately.
3. Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements
To become a member at bdt, the user must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be a valid citizen or resident of Bangladesh
- Must have a valid mobile banking or bank account registered in their own name
- Must be mentally capable and voluntarily using the service
- Registration is not permitted from any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited
bdt authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application, particularly where issues arise with age or identity verification.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
4.1 Deposits
Accepted methods for deposits at bdt are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Once each transaction is completed, the balance is automatically added to the user's account.
When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
4.2 Withdrawals
Accepted methods for withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
Before requesting a withdrawal, you must confirm that identity verification has been completed and the wagering requirements for any applicable bonus have been met. If requirements are not met, the withdrawal process may be placed on hold.
4.3 Suspicious Transactions
bdt authority reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or unusual transactions. During an investigation, the withdrawal facility of the associated account may be temporarily suspended.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning for a ৳2,000 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳50,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer may be claimed only once per member
- Bonus claims across multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or banking details are not permitted
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn while they are active
- Withdrawing deposit funds before the wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being cancelled
- bdt authority reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
5.3 Other Promotions
bdt regularly runs various promotional offers, such as weekly reload bonuses, slots festival bonuses, cricket special offers, and referral rewards. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the offer page. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific offer permits it.
6. Gaming Service Rules
6.1 Game Results
The results of all games on bdt are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or through a live dealer. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, the correct result shall be considered final. bdt reserves the right to adjust any incorrect payment made due to a software issue at a later time.
6.2 Betting Limits
The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game and betting market are set separately. These limits are shown on the game or event page. bdt may change these limits at any time.
6.3 Sports Betting
In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet is generally considered void and the stake is refunded. However, specific rules may apply for in-play betting, as stated in the betting rules for the relevant sport.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt platform:
- Playing games or placing bets using any automated software, bot, or script
- Deliberately creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Coordinated betting intended to harm other members
- Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform
- Opening or operating an account using false information
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
Engaging in any of the above prohibited activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance. Law enforcement agencies may also be notified if necessary.
8. Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Suspension by bdt
bdt authority may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a breach of these terms is found
- If identity verification is not completed or false information has been provided
- If suspicious financial transactions are observed
- If a third-party complaint or court order is received
8.2 Account Closure by the User
Any member may close their account voluntarily. Please contact the support team to do so. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance will be cancelled if the wagering requirements have not been met.
9. Privacy and Personal Information
bdt places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Information provided at registration is used only for operating the service, identity verification, and meeting legal obligations. Information is not sold to or transferred to third parties without authorisation.

10. Responsible Gaming
bdt believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a reliable source of income. We encourage members to play consciously and within their limits.

11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Complaint Submission Process

11.2 Resolution Timeframe
General complaints are usually resolved within 72 hours. Complex financial disputes may take additional time. The relevant balance or transaction may be temporarily held during an investigation.
11.3 Final Decision
The investigation-based decision of bdt authority is final. However, if a member is not satisfied with the decision, they retain the right to seek remedy through applicable legal channels. For answers to general questions about our services, you may visit the FAQ section.
12. Right to Amend Terms
bdt reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. After any change, the updated terms will be published on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members via their registered email or mobile number. However, continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
If a user does not wish to accept the new terms, they may close their account. In that case, any outstanding balance will be settled in accordance with the previous terms.
